We Accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP)
At Maxome Finch Dental Care, we welcome patients covered under the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP). The CDCP helps eligible Canadian residents reduce the cost of a wide range of oral health care services.

What is the CDCP?
The Canadian Dental Care Plan is a federal program designed to make dental care more affordable for eligible Canadian residents who do not have access to private dental insurance.

Who is Eligible?
To qualify for the CDCP, you must generally:
• Be a Canadian resident for tax purposes
• Have filed your Canadian tax return
• Have an adjusted family net income below $90,000
• Not have access to private dental insurance or coverage

Using Your CDCP Benefits at Our Clinic
If you have active CDCP coverage, contact our office to book an appointment and let us know that you are covered under the plan. Please bring your CDCP information to your appointment.

The CDCP may cover all or part of eligible services according to its established fees and your individual coverage level. Co-payments or additional charges may apply. Our team can help you understand the estimated costs before treatment.
